I was looking for a moving company on the internet. I came across Chase Relocation after doing a Yahoo Search. I decided to call them using there toll free number 1(888) 668 3858 and spoke with a long distance moving specialist. I must say that she was so pleasant to speak to, she made me feel that hiring Chase relocation as my upcoming mover was the right choice and that all my belongings would remain safe. I had a good experiance with the actual movers as well, Even though it required some clarification with the sales rep I spoke with, the movers did a well done job, Protected all my furniture and the delivery arrived in time with no damages. I would highly recommend using chase relocation for your upcoming move.

Wanted to send a quick note of thanks for the great effort and very professional experience we had with our move from Chicago to Detroit in November 2008. Everything went as scheduled and we are pleased to recommend the Chase Relocation group to our friends, family, and neighbors. Special attention by Edgar and his crew to our household items was very much appreciated, including Edgar’s return trip to our house later during the evening of the move after he uncovered some bed hardware that had mistakenly been overlooked in the truck. Chase Relocation was amazing from start to finish. I was called by one of their moving advisors, all my questions before the move were responded quickly and the price was very competative. The movers arrived 30 mintues late but made sure to contact me and notify me the same morning. I have moved several times and never experienced such a service. If you are looking for a Chicago Moving Company I would definetely recommend chase relocation!

Are you serious? This company was a complete nightmare from the beginning. The broker Brian misled me into a false delivery date and after he took my money I never could get hold of him. The actual movers Merak Moving showed up 7 hrs late on pickup, insulted me on delivery (which was also postponed twice), misplaced my TV, lost 3 items. I was promised numerous times about follow up phonecalls for my missing items, I am still waiting. Beware to you customers out there, do your homework up front to those sleazy brokers before you make your decision.
